Director of Homebeat
Emmet Condon is Director of Homebeat, an events management and promotions company with a difference, presenting music and other art forms in unusual venues. Homebeat describe themselves as “Independent, DIY, alternative space loving music promotor & heart-driven event production.”
He says of Homebeat, “The underlying vibe is to present music and art in general, in an informal setting that takes away the divide between performer and audience and encourages people to interact in a comfortable manner.” Homebeat aims to showcase the native talent in Irish culture, and their plans are to “keep our feet swimming in the incredible waters we find ourselves in at the moment – we are very proud to be a tiny part of such a vibrant scene, and we’re really glad to get to work with so many great people.”
Amongst other things, Homebeat’s calendar for the coming months includes ‘Not Pop Up’ at the Odessa Club and the Hollow Sounds culture festival in Ballykeeffe, Co Kilkenny.
