Ciaran Doyle is a solicitor in Gleeson McGrath Baldwin Solicitors. Ciaran’s works in the Firms Commercial Department and the Litigation Department with an emphasis on Intellectual Property. Ciaran advises on all aspects of Intellectual Property and has advised Artists and Bands in relation to trademark and copyright matters including contentious litigation which have necessitated injunctions, and also on the structuring of the business. Ciaran has also written an Article on Countering Counterfeiting and piracy for the International Bar Associations Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee.
