– A Show Creator is an Artist, Promoter or Host/Venue who takes care of all aspects of booking artists and venues in producing and promoting their own shows.

Leading all show production including agreements with Hosts/Venues/Artists/Etc

Taking care of show Sales Tax/VAT and PRO (performance rights artist royalties) reporting

– The Show Revenue Split is as follows

ShowCreator	87.5%
youbloom	12.5% (this includes credit card processing fees)

The Show Creator is responsible for all Sales Tax or VAT and P.R.O. Licensing Fees on the Gross Sales amount.
