Dutch Mustard

Holland born, London based Sarah-Jayne Riedel, “SJ”, fronts the just-out-of-the-gate alternative rock project, Dutch Mustard. Her new EP Beauty, has received support from Lauren Laverne and Steve Lamacq on 6 Music. Last year she released her debut EP An Interpretation of Depersonalisation, which was quickly featured by the BBC, getting airplay on Radio 1’s Future Artists and being selected by none other than rock's enduring sage Iggy Pop on 6 Music. Dutch Mustard produces a sound that is as dreamy as it is heavy, finding that middle ground in guitar tone between fuzzy and pristine. Riedel writes all the songs and demos most the instruments herself in her bedroom before bringing in other musicians. It becomes a collaborative project, driven always by SJ’s vision and creativity at the helm.

Mighty Morfin

Mighty Morfin is a from another world. He's been carving out his own sound and creating his own unique interpretation of electronic music since high school. First as a listener, then DJ, and now also as a Recording artist/Producer. He's worked with Microsoft, Apple, Ministry of Sound, and a whole host of other amazing projects helping to define the future of electronic music. The Mighty Morfin sound can be described as a cosmic house party. The science fiction influence is apparent. His music could be compared to the ambient frequency of a planetary body. Todd Oliver

Winner of Music Capital’s 1st International Singer-Songwriter competition (September 2023), Todd is an up and coming acoustic singer songwriter at the beginning of his musical journey. Named as one of Derry News’ “Ones To Watch” for 2024 after releasing his debut single “Tenancy” (November 2023), Todd Oliver is gearing up for more releases this year and beyond. Cited by Domhnall MacDermott (MacDonMusic for Derry News) as “one of the most promising young artists this town has produced”, Todd is 25 years old and hails from Inch Island, Co. Donegal, after spending his childhood growing up in the City. His music is raw and from the heart, writing many of his life experiences into song. Combining poppy melodys with storylike lyrics, Todd’s music is comforting, compelling and catchy. With influences stretching from Elvis and Ed Sheeran to Noah Kahan, Todd glides through genres and mixes styles into his own unique blend.

Rikki Jordan

Rikki has been playing guitar for 30 years, professionally for over a decade. With experience gained playing both live and in the studio as a session player and recording artist, honing his skills as a lead and rhythm guitarist with a passion for songwriting. Rikki released his concept Album 'Pebble In the Pond' on the 28th October 2023, in which 2 of the songs out of 7 became number 1 on Heckington radio charts, and are currently being played across numerous radio stations worldwide. The album so far has stacked up over 11,000 listens since released on Spotify and still growing with over 1,800 monthly listeners. Rikki has formed a 4 piece band and is currently promoting his album 'Pebble in the Pond' Live by gigging throughout Northern Ireland to sold out venues.

Kelly Besd

A Canadian singer/songwriter with international vision, Kelly Besd favours moody, bassy sounds influenced by R&B and rock. Catchy melodies and infectious hooks create a connection for an ever growing fan base. October 2020 saw the release of her second single, TUFF TIMES, paying homage to 1978’s “Tough Times”, a song by iconic Canadian rock band Goddo. The first single off her upcoming EP, TUFF TIMES was co-produced by legendary producer/engineer Eddie Kramer (The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix) and Trey Mills, and executive produced by Greg Godovitz. Her fourth single, Our Love, also included on her upcoming EP, features a variety of local artists and focuses on the need for community and a sense of togetherness through music during trying times. Kelly's past credits include her debut single, L.I.Y.E. Natalia Chai

Originally from Edmonton, Natalia is now based out of Calgary. Natalia performs regularly in both cities but most notably, she’s had a once in a lifetime opportunity to represent Canada at the 2018 Chengdu International Sister Cities Youth Music Festival to not only introduce R&B/Neosoul to China but to also raise global awareness in building stronger cultural connections through music. Skilled on the piano and keyboard, Natalia is featured in many other artists’ projects on keys and voice, executive/sound producer for a new animation series, contributions to music production in the film industry such as CBC’s "My Lyric I Never Knew” and even written/produced the soundtrack for an independent short film called “Power Moves” that has been selected for the 35th Edmonton International Film Festival. No matter the platform, Natalia’s art has driven all her listeners to describe her sultry voice as “honey to the ears''. Her music brings back the nostalgia of old school R&B/Neosoul and flirts with gospel jazz. Natalia believes in the power of creating a community that isn’t afraid to discuss tough topics about the human condition in today’s complex society. ChefBeatz

Chefbeatz has claimed his position as Calgary’s very own trifecta of AfroSwing. As an artist who produces and song writes, Chef is pioneering a sound the world didn’t know it was missing. Born in Bo Town, Sierra Leone, Chef traveled through Western Africa – Guinea, Ghana, and the Ivory Coast before making Cow Town the last stop on that journey. Chef masterfully mixes his African roots with his western ties by fusing together Hip-Hop /R&B/ Pop and traditional West African sounds, this evolution and unique integration of cultures resulted in Afro Swing’s hottest new sound. From Jazzy melodies to traditional African sounds that ride the familiar sounds of Hip-Hop percussions – it is safe to say that Chef is more than willing to push the boundaries of music production as a storyteller who explores from depth and movement – and everything in between. Chef has been particularly busy as of late; producing “Story Keepers" a video series exploring personal stories relating to Black history in Alberta – a joint production by Glenbow Museum and Afrikadey! Arts & Culture Society, his own “Sun Lark”; an audio/visual experience and "Find Move Love" a collaborative EP with Kelly Besd. Yuh Yee creates outside the boundaries of genres. Her music style draws from a blend of Indie-Alt, Electro-Pop, and R&B.

Her inspirations include; Ariana Grande, Lauv, Lana Del Rey, Khalid, Terror Jr, Billie Eilish and many more. "In The Golden" is Yuh Yee's latest and first full length album to be released. This album is about moving forward despite uncertain circumstances and being present enough to see the beauty of each moment. Altogether this body of work has a common theme of transformation and growth. "In The Golden" was also produced by Yuh's long-time friend Jayden Mckenzie. As an up and coming recording artist, she is exploring her way into the music industry.

Jayden Mckenzie's music is a unique blend between Alt-Electro Pop and R&B with influences such as: Lights, Lauv, Troye Sivan, Allie X, Charli XCX, & Leland. "Jaded Tears" is the most recent release and also his first full length album to be released. The album was written during the initial & first lockdown/quarantine. At the time there were so many emotions and so many things to reflect on. This album is his most personal release to date as he opens up about; anxiety, depression, medication, long-distance relationships, and the act of moving on. He has new music planned every month until 2023.
 Jayden Mckenzie writes, records, produces, mixes, and masters all of his own music. Deep lyrics you can relate to combined with trance like beats will make you get lost in his world with him.
