    • ● The agreements you make with Hosts/Venues and Artists/Bands are directly between you and them, youbloom is not a party in these agreements
You are responsible for:
        1. ● Show General/Public Liability Insurance (if not provided by the venue)
        2. ● Remitting any SalesTax or VAT returns
        3. ● Remitting any Artist Royalty payments to P.R.O.s (Performance Rights Organizations) returns that are relevant for your shows.
